Confirmed from Beelard Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Quaint neighborhood park with an open grassy field, a children's playground & shade trees.
What runners say about Beelard Park
“It is a really nice, clean and safe park and a good place to take kids to play and get exercise too”
“Great Park, lots of shade, I'd give it 5 Stars except there's no restroom”
Right off the bike/walking trail and the park has a walking loop around it as well. Playground is smaller than Andrews park but there are separate areas for toddlers and older kids which is nice.
Clean, quiet, well manicured park. -Two play areas; one for younger kids and one for older kids -Full basketball court -Large trees for shade -Large unshaded grassy field -Walking trail around the park for dog walking or excercise
Love this quiet park. Always walk my dog around.🐕🦺Open and cool in the summer heat with lots of shade from the trees. Doggie bags available. Bring your own water. Don't drink from the fountain.
I only pass it while I'm out walking. There are always a lot of people running and playing, most with dogs. It's very clean. It has paths for people walk on, and it's very pretty.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
