Confirmed from Bellerive Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Public park offering soccer, baseball, and BMX riding, plus a playground and picnic tables.
What runners say about Bellerive Park
“Great parking, clean well taken care of lawns and playground for kids of all ages!”
Great place to go for a walk. There is a nice paved trail, two baseball fields and a small park for kids.
This is a great little park, just off 63rd but from most of it you can barely see or hear the traffic. With a playground for kids and a skateboarding park for the older kids, there is also a lot of open area to wander, enjoy some quite, or play soccer.
We've been doing summer soccer practice here with the boys. (practice, not games so they've been socially distanced) which has been a blessing. The field is extremely clean and well kept. If no events are going on it would be a great spot to run around, fly a kite, etc!
This is a great little park with a nice paved walking trail. It has a nice covered area with picnic tables and the bathrooms are very clean. They just installed pickleball courts and it has a soccer field and playground area. It's also pet friendly.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
