Confirmed from Benedictine Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Benedictine Park
“Visiting family in the area for a wedding, beautiful open space for a dog, well maintained and about a mile if you walk the perimeter.”

“Very quiet and not many or any on the trails!”
Beautiful area. Perfect for walking dogs (leash imperative). Very quiet and peaceful.
Great little trails you can go on with your dogs ( on leash) there are little streams and pretty nature scenery! Just be aware that if you have small dogs just know they might have some issues getting threw on some spots on the trails! Very quiet and not many or any on the trails!
Nice open park. Walking up the hill and around the little trails you get a nice view. Small benches and garden setting are really nice. There is another trail across the street from the main entrance Parking is pretty good, no facilities on site. It's simply a lovely park
Nice big, open, hilly park. Dogs are supposed to be on leashes at all times. Has bags available next to the parking to clean up after them. Access from here to hiking trails is available or just relax under the sun. View of nearby hills from the top of the hill.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
