My favorite bike path on Long Island! Very scenic on the south end in the Massapequa Preserve area with lakes, bridges and streams right along the path. It’s a completely paved, car-free path and there are only a handful of street crossings.
The best bike path in Long Island. You can ride almost 20 plus miles round trip on this path. If you want to extend it , you can even connect to the Jones beach bike trail but then you have to ride on the road for 10-15 minutes.
Way to many people walking around like they just discovered that there is an outside
