Confirmed from Bevelhymer Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Spacious park with color-coded zones for sporting fields, plus restrooms, basketball courts and dog runs.
What runners say about Bevelhymer Park
“I've only been here for pickleball, but they have 16 (I believe) very well-maintained courts with wind barriers, bleachers, and tables with umbrellas.”
This is a large park. It has numerous baseball diamonds, soccer fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, shelter houses, playground and exercise equipment, paved walking paths, and plenty of parking.
Over the last few years I have been there several times for various sports events for my grandchildren. It is always very well kept and clean. The grass has never been even a bit high, I appreciate that tremendously. My daughter had suggested going there for my walks instead of the Rocky Fork park.
I enjoyed walking and I did some work out which is my favorite to do some legs, arms and back workout in the park, and I feel safe being there, because the police is always making rounds in that area. We are so Blessed having that kind of park in our area. Thank you so much for providing this park.
Bevelhymer Park is clean, spacious, and great for families. The fields are well-kept, there’s a nice walking path, and plenty of room for kids to run. A solid spot for sports, walks, or picnics.
