Confirmed from Rocky Fork Metro Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

One of the newer metro parks. Very well maintained. Most of the trails are paved and go through woods, prairie and playground. This is a decent size park that offers a lot. It has playground equipment, shelter houses, 2 dog parks, permanent restrooms and plenty of parking.
Rocky Fork Metro Park was a great place to take a walk in nature. They have more than 3 miles of walking trails that take you through woods and fields. There is a bridle trail, dog park, an off-leash trail for dogs. I will say the off leash area was very clean. There was dog waste not picked up along the paved trails.
My girlfriend and I have taken our dog Zoe here several times. She and I both have had a great time. Everyone we've met here so far have been very friendly. Its a nice little park. My dog and I both enjoy the trails and especially the fenced in off-leash dog run.
A nice Metro park at the edge of New Albany. It is better known as a dog park around here. It has two large dog areas with the front main area being divided into large and small dog areas. Dogs may get a little wet in this area in the summer months with the water features.
