Confirmed from Big Springs Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Peaceful park featuring a lake, playgrounds, walking paths and a pavilion.
What runners say about Big Springs Park
“Clean, small, but quiet 🤫.”
“Beautiful place to take a nice walk around the pond or just sit on the benches and enjoy the breeze and sun.”
“Just a nice Serene place to sit with your thoughts on a lovely day.”
Nice place to go relax and enjoy the beauty, or to walk around the concrete path around the pond.
Clean, small, but quiet 🤫. Nice area for short walks and relaxing. I did not get an opportunity to take pictures of the play area for the kids, but the entire setup is nice. It is conveniently located near the downtown square and adjacent roadways.
Beautiful park to visit. There is a section with a pond with a fountain (pictured) with a pier and a sidewalk around it. Across the street is a playground area, walking trail, and restrooms. The pond side is typically nice and peace.
Excellent park to jog, walk, take a stroll and relax outdoors. Great family atmosphere and plenty of parking. They also have a restroom area. Oh and dont feed the turtles and fish.
