Confirmed from Billie Madeley Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Nestled in a developed area, this 5-acre forest has a creek, walking paths & limited parking.
What runners say about Billie Madeley Park
“Beautiful walk in the woods with a cleared dirt path, wooden bridge and a bench to sit on while in the nature path.”
“Clean and up-kept neighborhood, quiet and slightly secluded made for a peaceful walk.”
Very pretty little park tucked away in the middle of a neighborhood. Ran across this place while on a ride and I had to stop and take a look around. Would never have noticed it otherwise, but never regretted dropping in! Nice little nature loop that’s almost a separate world in the middle of the city.
Cool spot. I stumbled onto it. Nice distraction from neighborhood streets while out walking. Would be better if night accessible and lit trails.
Sweet 15 minute trail. One of my favorite spots. Its a very beautiful trail in all weather. Minimal parking!! Consider bringing bug spray. Can be muddy after rain. Remember to be mindful of the neighbors and their driveways.
Cute, beautiful, cozy trail! My dog and I loved the walk around the wooded trail with a few benches and bridges scattered along the way. We also took a long walk around the neighborhood and had a blast! Clean and up-kept neighborhood, quiet and slightly secluded made for a peaceful walk.
Trail conditions & character
“The entry is at the end of a residential street, and only has one parking space, plus one additional handicap parking space dedicated for the park/trail visitors.”
“The trail is a loop that's only about 2/10 of a mile long, but it is a great natural area!”
