Confirmed from Black Creek Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This walking, cycling & in-line skating trail runs 8.7 miles along Route 7.
What runners say about Black Creek Trail
“This trail is a fantastic spot for nature lovers and those who enjoy peaceful, scenic strolls.”
Nice trail, crossings have traffic warning signals. First half is through undeveloped land and county facilities, second through Gould’s and South Miami Heights neighborhoods. Cross US1 at Walmart for the western northbound half. More trails at Larry and Penny at the end.
This trail is awesome for outdoor activities. It goes from 180th stteet to walmart on us1. Which you can then choose a North or South busway route or It also continues to black point marina. Now go out and get moving. 🏃♂️
I live down the street from black point and the only problem is that once you get to the end near the t/p the sign for the continuation of the trail is not easy to find unless you know the area and then again at US1 but its a good 18 miles round trip and a good trail for cycling blading or walk/run
Black Creek Trail is a great spot to get outside with the family. It is peaceful and easy to enjoy whether walking, biking, or just taking in the fresh air. The path feels safe and well cared for, and it makes for a simple outing that everyone can appreciate. We always leave feeling refreshed.
