Confirmed from Blendon Woods Metro Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This 653-acre park offers a waterfowl refuge & a nature center plus disc golf & ice-skating.

The Natural Play Area was a fun and unique outdoor adventure for our family. It was neat to see all the surprises as we wound along the trail. The zip line was great (ages 5 and up, max rider weight 350 lb). I hopped on the giant teeter-totter opposite my 8-year-old. Wear your walking shoes - my sandals didn't cut it.
Beautiful park with plenty to do. I hiked the Sugarbush trail and saw so much beautiful plants and animals. After the hike we went to the nature center. The man working there was extremely friendly. They had a bunch of animals in there, as well as an observation window with bird feeders.
Blendon Woods Metro Park offers a tranquil escape with its lush greenery and diverse ecosystems. Well-maintained trails invite nature enthusiasts for scenic walks, while the wildlife observation areas provide captivating glimpses of local fauna.
Well maintained, wide trails. I enjoyed the nature center with its many fascinating critters. (The spotted salamander was my favorite.) In early October and late September, there are a variety of goldenrods and asters in bloom. I also enjoyed the spacious bird blinds at the lake.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
