Confirmed from Bliss Woods Forest Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Trails and paths crisscross this wooded park with a pavilion and picnic tables.

This park is amazing. There is a paved trail that runs through the park. Plenty of beautiful places off of the trail to explore. There is also a public restroom that is clean. Bikes are allowed on the trail also. Two parking lots and a cover pavillion tucked back in the forest. I highly recommend going here.
This is a pretty and scenic trail that seems quiet and secluded though it is not far from single-family homes. Portions of the path are paved and others are of crushed limestone. The are some Oak and pine trees. The forest canopy is high, adding to the spacious but secluded atmosphere.
Beautiful well maintained trails and shelter. Note there is only an outhouse available at the shelter and no running water. There is however a grill. :)
Nice flat paved path through Bliss Woods. High treetop canopy keeps you cool in the summer. Cool looking old oak trees throughout.
