Confirmed from Bluebird Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Paved park featuring playgrounds for kids as well as a water park, a pool, a basketball hoop and tennis courts.
What runners say about Bluebird Park
“Well maintained park great running trails.”
“But the park itself is beautiful would like to try the water park that looks pretty fun.”
I visited the park specifically to walk the Klamberg Trail and I wasn't disappointed. In future when it's not quite so wet, I'll be back to better explore the trail offshoots, which seem to be extensive. I can't comment on the playground because I'm not into playgrounds. The restrooms at the playground were open.
Trails, great parents, sitting areas for parents in the middle of 2 play areas. Close parking. All around 10 outta 10
Wonderful park! Nice playground equipment on the newer side. Great for lots of ages. The walking trail, pool, and amphitheatre all looked awesome - can't wait to check them out next time!
Great place for Pokemon Go players. 6 Pokemon Gyms, 3 of which are accessible by vehicle) and tons of Pokestops. Within teach by vehicle or walking. I follow my own walking route which passes by most of the stops and by the time I finish one lap the stops from the lap before are beginning to open so there's no waiting…

“If you're not interested in Pokemon this park has nice tennis courts, short hiking tails, a playground, bathrooms, disk golf, and a water park/swimming pool*.”
Plan your run at Bluebird Park
The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
