Confirmed from Boca Ciega Millennium Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

We loved the boardwalk at this park. It isn't very long, so you can get through most of it on a quick trip. Perfect for strollers or jogging. The observation tower is really nice and has 2 levels that overlook the water.

This is such a lovely retreat in the middle of the coastal scenery. Well maintained over the years. There is ample parking, great shelters for picnic and get togethers. The boardwalk out to the Sky Deck is a treat in itself. This is a nature lovers dream to be one with nature.

★★★★★ — Blaze , Aug 2021

Beautiful park! Very well maintained! While there, we saw a Grandpa and his grandson walking through the lower paths picking up garbage that careless people dropped. (There are many garbage and recycle cans around! The park even supplies "doggie waste" bags.

★★★★★ — Charming , Feb 2023

Very nice nature-like park with long trails and clean updated playground. We saw lots of turtles.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

  • SurfaceBoardwalk — flat and scenic, and slick when wet, so watch your footing
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
  • At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
