Confirmed from Bohemia Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

The only down-sides to this park are that it has little shade because it's relatively new with few mature trees, and there are no swings on the playgrounds. The bathrooms are generally clean. There is a small kid playground and a larger playground.

Pretty good playground with nice equipment. Needs some chin up, dip bar etc for the bored parents. Big open park with a giant fountain in the middle. People fly fancy kites here's a lot. Nice wide sidewalks to walk and ride and an amphitheater by the fountain.

We live in Eugene and had never been to this park, but we will definitely be back this summer! It's a beautiful park - very clean, restrooms, picnic tables, covered eating area, walking trails, large water fountain, amphitheater, etc. The playground is great for toddlers and up.

★★★★★ — Shelbie , May 2022

Great venue with leveled areas for chairs. Some additional paved paths that lead to seating areas for ADA needed.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
  • SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
  • At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
