Confirmed from Bowie Nature Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Forested trails, a treehouse playground & an education center highlight this nature preserve.

We did 2 trails today, Bowie Loop & Perimeter Trail. It was absolutely breathtaking. Not many people out on the trails since it was raining on & off. Highly recommend either one of the trails or do both!

Bowie Nature Park is in my hometown of Fairview,TN and it has been around since I was a child. I love going here due to the amazing views and fun trails. You can fish in one of the 4 lakes there , or walk around the miles of trails.
