Confirmed from Brea Dam Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Tree-lined suburban park open since 1960 with green space & tables for picnics & a footpath.

The Brea Dam Trail through Lost Trail is a scenic and enjoyable hiking route that combines natural beauty with historical charm. As you traverse the trail, you’ll be surrounded by picturesque landscapes, including lush greenery and the tranquil Brea Dam.
This park has a great field and benches in the sun or shade and it's always pretty open. Never a problem finding parking. There is also a cool trail/bike path in the back which is definitely worth exploring.
The Brea Damn is a great place to go if you want to go hiking , or bike rising the trails ,and it is great for having a BBQ with your little dog like I do with Nicolas ( my little dog) I do this quite often . Oh be prepared to pee in the bushes though as they still have not fixed up the Mens or Women's bathrooms.
Nice courses, greens are to lush. However once you become a member, many tee times have unbeatable prices compared around town. The range is however lacking with shade and decent mats.
