Confirmed from Fullerton Loop - MTB & Hiking Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

As an avid outdoor enthusiast and a resident of Fullerton. I've explored quite a few trails in the area, but the Fullerton Loop holds a special place in my heart. I go almost every weekend and sometimes once during the week.

Beautiful trail with views of the gorgeous houses and lake. Once you get to W. Bastanchury and Morelia, use the crosswalk to continue onto Morelia. When you’re at Morelia and Laguna continue across the street because the trail continues past the white low gate.

★★★★★ — Sims , Aug 2022

Great hiking trail, easy I'd say especially in the first few miles which makes it suitable for families as well. Good parts of the trail are shaded & the trail at the first few miles is quite wide. Saw many mountain bikers since the trail is tempting for such a sport.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🔁 Loop trail 14 mentions

“The suburban trail starts off by the Fullerton Superior Courthouse at the south end, with the spot on the map to look for aka Fullerton Loop MTB & Hiking Trail.”
