Confirmed from Bridgewater Iron Works Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Riverside park featuring picnic tables and a "waterfall", plus dog-walking trails.
What runners say about Bridgewater Iron Works Park
“Great little peaceful place at the Old iron works, a good amount of picnic benches to sit and eat at and would be perfect with just a small jungle gym and swings for the kids.”
Definitely will be back. Grew up in BW for 20 years and never heard of this place, glad I found it great for the kids-caution though there are a few old buildings that are being taken over by nature. I think that part is what makes the park for me they blend right in perfectly.
Love this park. Always clean. Cool to walk up along the "waterfall" or walk down to the end in the back. Peacful and very pretty.
Great little peaceful place at the Old iron works, a good amount of picnic benches to sit and eat at and would be perfect with just a small jungle gym and swings for the kids. Also not a good amount in the way of parking, so it may be a little bit of a walk to the park which may take you down the Bay Circuit Trail.
Cute place for a picnic or a walk through history. Not a great place to hike, but a great place to stroll!
