Confirmed from Bright Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Bright Park
A reasonably sized park which is essentially a plot of land with fields and some wooded areas. There are walking paths around the perimeter of the park as well as through the middle of some of the fields. The grass in the fields is allowed to grow very tall.
It's just a couple fields and trees but its a great place. Sledding in winter, biking, running and hiking year round... its a nice place to go on a winter's night to just breath. Very relaxing.
Its 80 acres of nature. No parking lot, no playground, no bathrooms, Just nature. There are mowed grass walking paths but that's it. Nice little get away for a long walk.
The park is beautiful and spacious, but my only complaint is that I wish they had a few benches on the side of the trails.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
