Confirmed from Broadview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Open area with a children's playground and a baseball diamond, plus picnic tables and grills.
What runners say about Broadview Park
“The area is family friendly .”
Nice new bathrooms that lock. Brand new playground. Bathroom water fountain is perfect for dog walkers. Bring your own dog dish. City does keep Broadview clean. The view is broad for colorful sunsets.
Great spot to picnic, run the dogs, and let the kids play. There's restrooms open in the spring and summer in the gazebo picnic table area. On street parking only but there's never a need for anything more. Quiet neighborhood.
After a 40+ mile bicycle ride Broadview Park was a perfect place to enjoy a cold drink and do a bit of stretching to wind down. This park holds many of the fondest memories of my teenage years.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
