Confirmed from Brockdale Trail Head -- Trinity Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Kid-friendly park with a lake, trails, picnic facilities, and horse riding.
What runners say about Brockdale Trail Head -- Trinity Trail
“Clean area, lots of tie-out areas in the trees for your horses, plenty of trailer parking.”
“It now has find memories of my beautiful wife and my Elohim Yehovah!”
A nice trail for hiking and horseback riding. No bikes are allowed according to posted signs. I tried to take my kid in a trail stroller, but the brush was just too high for it to be worth it. Nice hiking option though... Wouldn't recommend jogging it either, FYI. Just hiking or horse riding in my opinion.
Had an amazing time riding with friends! Fun trail to explore. Amazing round pen at the trailhead and spacious parking.
Clean area, lots of tie-out areas in the trees for your horses, plenty of trailer parking. Round pens to work your horses. Trails go in different directions to give you different views of the lake. Very clean and well-used paths. Easy navigation.
This was a pretty nice trail when we went. No mosquitoes or bugs flying at you. We did get to see some butterflies, tiny baby frogs and some deer footprints. There was also alot of wild flowers during the time we went. Pleasant trail.
