Confirmed from Brown Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Dog-friendly grass-covered park featuring a creek and playground with picnic shelters.

“They have made some improvements to the playground/restroom area so it's more family friendly than it used to be.”
Such a nice relaxing walk. Plenty of shade and great scenery. Landscaping is maintained as well. If you have time for a nice walk and want to enjoy the outdoors come here!
This is a beautiful, serene walking/jogging trail. It also has an open shelter with picnic tables & bbq grills near the children's playground. Cleaning stations, restrooms provided. Throughout the trail there are numerous places to sit and take in the scenery and it has two walking bridges over the stream..
Nice, enjoyable, quiet, flat, paved little walk. There are multiple routes to take depending on how far you want to go. My dog is older, so we don't get as adventurous as we used to, so this is perfect. There is parking on site, it can get crowded during peak times like after school and the weekends on nice days.
Happy Christmas and happy New year. Fantastic decoration at brown park. Nice decorating lighting effect, enjoy your evening. Very good park for kids playing and long walking trails. Nice small flowing ponds with many ducks. Recently renovated play area for kids is awesome.

Plan your run at Brown Park
The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
