Confirmed from Des Pres Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreation venue offering baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and a walking path.

I love this park. Very serene. 2 laps is 1 mile. Lots of trees. A nice place to relax and get some exercise.
Great park with a paved walking trail loop, playground, tennis and pickle ball courts. Picnic tables and pavilion available. Lovely place to go.
Beautiful park for walking. The path is perfect and the greenery is beautiful.
Nice and quiet sidewalk path, just a mile long. Perfect for doing laps on a bike, walking, or running. Not too busy at all.
