nice place to go and walk or jog, with or without pets/kids, beautiful scenery & a peaceful vibe. Feels like an escape from the city. There’s also a dope coffee shop the last time I went as well.
Beautiful well kept park. There's a nice walking/running trail around the water with a coffee shop nearby and an outdoor park gym.
Park is usually pretty clean. It has dedicated paths to walk or run on. If you walk around the entire larger side ( west side)of the park it is about 2 miles. There is workout equipment in one area. Lots of people go fishing or take their kayaks or other small boats.
Nice area in town to go for a walk a enjoy some nature. Being mid December, all the vegetation is dormant and brown, not not the most scenic, but still a nice area. The trail is paved, but the concrete is broken and cracked in some areas, so someone riding will want mountain bike or fat bike tires on this one.
