Confirmed from Burlington Springwood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
78 acres of green space featuring soccer & baseball fields, a playground & a walking track.
What runners say about Burlington Springwood Park
“It's quite a nice, clean park, though surrounded all sides by a typical, treeless subdivision.”
“A well constructed shady playground area for young children and clean modern restrooms.”
Very nice park. Well cared for. Good long walking track areas. Nice facilities and ball fields and shelters. Plenty of parking.
It's quite a nice, clean park, though surrounded all sides by a typical, treeless subdivision. It's still a nice place to get a quick walk in with the dogs and it does look like they are planting more trees around the edges to block off the houses from view.
Decent disc golf course, mostly open. Still need to fix signage and a couple of tee pads. Several baseball fields, lots of parking. Paved path for walking/jogging. Two restrooms but one by hole 8/9 is never open. Nice playground for kids near soccer field where office and restroom are located.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
