Confirmed from Busey Road Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Busey Road Park
Very spacious park.I wouldn't say that it's just an open field with nothing else. The park is very well maintained and has benches and picnic tables located along the trails. The trails are in good condition and easy to walk.
Will miss this park!! My husband and I came 3-4x a week with our pups before our move. It was a haven for us during COVID and a great place to help get the dogs energy out. Easy trails, a few picnic tables and wide open spaces. Hardly anyone ever there. A great park!
Wasn't crowded at all. I was pretty much the only one there for 2 hours. Walking paths through the woods. Spaced out picnic tables.
Hardly anyone there. The combination of the wooded trail and meadows is a nice contrast

- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
