Confirmed from Cadillac Pathway Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Leisurely hiking spot with 2-loop, 5-mile wooded trails plus cross-country skiing in winter.
What runners say about Cadillac Pathway Trailhead
“Kept very clean more than enough parking, just did not have any garbage cans on site that I could find”
“Really beautiful hike, all paths are clearly marked.”
Got a chance to ride the Cadillac Pathway for the first time after driving by it for years. One of the best trail systems in Michigan. The downhill/flow are incredible.
Never a fan of reforestation projects that plant one species, in this case Red Pine, drying out the ecosystem and making it uninhabitable for indigenous species. But there are pockets of more interesting deciduous forests and the White Pines and Cedars along the Clam River’s edge are nothing short of majestic.
Up from North Georgia for the summer and just found this park on the other side of town. What a gem. Well kept trails. Well kept facilities. The bonus for me was the geocaches. The oldest cache in Wexford county is here. Wishing I could be here for winter. The cross-country skiing should be great. Thank you Wexford!
An amazing place for fatbiking in the winter. Never been here in the summer, but the trail in the winter is awesome. Dedicated crew of groomers keep this trail in tip-top shape for sure. Some of the best fatbiking I've done in a long time! Well worth the road trip to Cadillac for these trails.
Trail conditions & character
“We met Michelle (trail system volunteer/coordinator) at the trailhead after our ride and she gave us rundown on the property and the new trails they’ve been working on.”
“They have a lot of options for trails to take and they all loop around, so you can mix and match.”
“It's pretty flat with some small hills throughout.”
