Confirmed from Caldwell Nature Center's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring trails winding through a forest and surrounding a gorge, plus picnic tables.

Nice place for a walk. If passing through the area as I did, it's close to the interstate and a good break for a mile plus walk in the woods in the middle of the city
Super nice place to go walk the trails. We went right as the leaves started changing and it was absolutely beautiful. Only saw a few people on our wall, all very friendly. We felt safe and comfortable here
Been coming here for about 20 years! Love it! Excellent hiking trails, beautiful surroundings, nice, quiet, well maintained. But KEEP your dogs on a LEASH! I do...and I know how tempting it is to let them run & explore but please don't!

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
