We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Calleguas Creek/Bike Path Camarillo yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Calleguas Creek/Bike Path Camarillo
This is one of the few trails within Camarillo that is serene and peaceful to take an easy short walk, run/jog, or biking. Because of the drought we haven't seen water on this creek for a while. The creek entrance is on the intersection of Flynn and Upland road.
A relaxing trail if you just want to get out of the city noise for a bit. It’s mostly flat and good for biking or jogging. There are shaded parts, but it can get warm mid-day. I saw families and locals walking dogs which gave it a nice community feel. Bring water — not a lot of spots to refill.
I'm from Orange county live in Orange we would go to a park which connected to a creek enjoyed walking this on weekends after church I moved here I luv it but missed my rural park and beach I'd go by bus well this is a nice little creek walk has many birds and a few rabbits so now can get my nature walk in
