Confirmed from Cardinal Run Park South's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 5 mentions

“Although I couldn't find the walking trail, it was still a nice, quiet spot to ramble around.”

This is my new #1 favorite place to go ! It has HUGE walking trails and if you go early in the morning, it's perfect to get the dogs run off leash. Though the park has 2 sizeable fenced in dog parks on the north side.

First time I went there was snow. Although I couldn't find the walking trail, it was still a nice, quiet spot to ramble around. When I went again after the snow melted, the walking trail did not disappoint!

These fields are great always clean and well maintained. I love taking my kid here for his ball games. The walking tracks nearby are nice and the parking is always ample. They're doing a great job at constructing this park as well as the recent add-ons with the batting cages.

Nice place to walk. My dog and I enjoy the pavwalking paths that are shaded by beautiful trees. There's also nice baseball fields and during season you can watch the local little league games. I love visiting this park. It's well maintained and clean.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

“This park is an excellent location for walkers, baseball fans, dog owners, but the playground is a bit small.”
