Confirmed from Higbee Mill Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering picnic tables and amenities for walking, soccer, and meditation.
What runners say about Higbee Mill Park
“Quiet, walking path and benches.”
Two circular asphalt walking paths, one on flat ground near the parking lot which is treeless and has a soccer goal, the other on the hill above has many trees and shade. Paths are smooth and of newer material. Saw one porta-potty near the parking lot, and a picnic table on the upper path
Higbee Mill Park is small and not off the beaten path but less used with a walking track and occasionally a scenic view of wildlife. Located just inside Man of War Boulevard off Clays Mill Road.
Came across this park by accident while driving around for a photo shoot and absolutely loved it. Hopped out of the car with the dog and enjoyed the trails and the field of wild flowers.
Sort of a small park, but still worth going to. The paved walking path would be great for people with mobility issues. A basic, quiet little park.

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
