Confirmed from Carriage Hill MetroPark's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This is a nice farm to go to. Lots of horses and some farm animals along with nice trails and a small country store here. They offer horse rides for $30 a person. Last time I was here I was about 5 or 6 years old. It's been many years since I was here. Some things has changed but still a nice experience going here.

There are several reasons to come here, the reception center is awesome. But the pond is my favorite! It’s catch and release, no license needed. They have sun fish, bass, cat, frogs galore, turtles, and much more wildlife. The dock is best for the sun fish bluegill.

What a lovely place to spend the day, solo or as a couple or a family! Beautiful and so much to experience. The staff here is incredible, all super sweet and full of so much wisdom to share! Animals, rope making, blacksmithing, and so much more.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
