Confirmed from Cascade Meadow Wetlands' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Cascade Meadow Wetlands
Impressive trial I had never found before. a chilly and windy day but very pleasant and quiet to be just myself. a nice loop around a small pond area intended for wetland and probably some flood control of just 1-hour walk.
The Scouts from Pack 496 came here and they had a blast! The nature walk was fun. We even saw a snake!
