Great trails and views of the waterfall and stream. Noise from I-395 was quite loud and evidence of dirt bike traffic was noticeable but otherwise very enjoyable and recommended visit.
Lovely park to go for a quick walk and to relax by the waterfall. It is really noisy, being next to 395, but the further you walk away, the better it gets. Watch out for poison ivy!
Thanks to Brian and Jill for inviting TJ and me to join in a family hike adventure at Cat Hollow Park in Dayville, CT. We had a beautiful afternoon filled with sunshine, fresh air, laughs, and wonderful memories.
Fantastic, shady trail with water. Park by the map and walk past the big red gates. Follow the blue paint marks on trees. “Moderately rough” is about right; our group (79, 41, 10, 7) had a wonderful time in about an hour and a half.
