We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Quinebaug Lake State Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Lake in a state park (also a tourist attraction) known for swimming and fishing in clean water.

A lovely quiet place mostly reserved for locals, humming with dragonflies during the Summer months, beautiful clear water and a very nice trail that goes around the water! We had a great afternoon getting some fresh air and watching a few people out paddle-boating! 😄
Excellent spot for fishing and kayaking. There's trails running throughout with plenty of spots to cast off from the bank, or go for a swim. Expect company, it's a very popular spot.
Has a trail around the lake with spots to stop and view along the way. The beach area is clean. Got to be careful swimming as it dips way down at a certain point. It doesn't gradually get deeper. Lots of trails that branch off to take and clean all around. I take my dog there. She loves it.
