LADIES WHO RUN/WALK SOLO** this place is wonderful. I lean on the anxious side, and I feel completely comfortable to do my evening runs here. Not too crowded for a 6pm trail either. 10/10 recommend! Also the 5k loop is awesome for anyone training for a race.
