Confirmed from Cedar Valley Nature Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

I’ve been using this trail since I was a kid; biking, walking, running, walking my dog and cat. Beautiful trail that is well maintained, has plenty of space for all to utilize, and plenty of distance to go on it.
Once you get out of town North of Cedar Rapids this trail is quite pleasant. Paved with minimal grades it is easy to traverse and travels through scenic rural scenes.
Wonderful trail-scenic, mostly flat and paved! Please note it is pavement well beyond Center Point well past Urbana, ignore Google map showing dotted line
Love the nature trail it's great for biking. I used to like it in the past when part of it was gravel now it is completely paved.
