Confirmed from Centralia Foundation Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Calm, clean and natural park with woodland trails, picnic tables and barbecues, plus disc golf.
What runners say about Centralia Foundation Park
“The park is always pretty well kept.”
“The park is beautiful and a great place to go relax and get back into touch with nature.”
“Fishing ponds are peaceful and bountiful.”
I went looking for mushrooms. Did not find any yet. Looks like a perfect place to find them. On my hike through the woods i did come across some vintage glass bottles. The park is beautiful and a great place to go relax and get back into touch with nature. The park also offers the public and place to play Frisbee golf.
This was an excellent event. There were enough activities to keep you busy. There were 35 balloons present and they had races and balloon glows at dusk. Although it is very busy, the park is huge and really spread out so plan on walking. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs because several events lasted over an hour.
Very relaxing place to play disk golf to go fishing and the have a maze to go through. There are little pretend cacti for kids to play on and a small pond called Catfish pond. They also have girl scout cabins and a creek near that. Great place to hike as well.
Walked the labyrinth, which is about 1.3 miles for one circuit in and out (1.5, if the walk to and from the nearby parking and info shelter is included). The wildflowers are gone to seed, mostly, but it's still fadingly lovely, and fragrant.
