Confirmed from Charles Seaman Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a playground and picnic tables, plus areas for basketball and walking.

Baseball diamonds, walking path, new playground equipment. Tennis courts are decrepid and basket ball courts are run down. Not the cleanest or best park around by far, but it's being improved regularly.
Nice, mature trees help shade the walking trail and picnic tables. The tennis court is nice. The basketball courts are well used.

Love this place dearly. Perfect size for a walk or game of ultimate frisbee.
