Confirmed from Chautauqua Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Nice & pleasant park... So relaxing being able to take a walk by the lake, kids play in the playground, or stroll up the jetti... Miss the carnivals the city had here when I was a young girl... Was an amazing atmosphere.
I always enjoy walking in the parks here in Storm Lake IA. They are pet friendly and provide doggy bags so you can pick up after your pet to help keep the park clean no one likes stepping in poo. The bike trails are good too! Picnic benches grills and play area for kids. All right on the lake! And the sunset wow.
The park is beautiful. City takes pride in maintaining every area. I enjoy the historical area of the park. The young people run to each and read or have others read to them. Great family activity. Park is always used and families here are being together!
This place is so peaceful. Beautiful walking paths along the huge lake in Storm Lake IA. Very family friendly and has a water park resort on the shoreline.
