Nestled in the heart of South Hamilton, MA, Chebacco Woods is an absolute haven for nature enthusiasts. The meticulously maintained trails provide a serene gateway into the lush woodlands. Chebacco Woods connects with Gordon College, extending your hike to well over an hour.
We love finding hikes and this is was a very nice hike, lots of scenery around a few bodies of water - a hidden gem!
Wide trails [virtual roads really] and substantial signage greet the visitor at the North Shores version of 4 corners [Hamilton, Wenham, Essex & Manchester]. Throw Gordon College into the mix and there are more than a few authorities having jurisdiction when it comes to dogs.
I love taking my dog here for easy hikes. Beautiful setting. You have to keep your dog on leash when you are on Gordon College property.
