Confirmed from Cheektowaga Town Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Ball fields, an outdoor pool & tennis courts are the primary amenities at this public park.
What runners say about Cheektowaga Town Park
“We didn't utilize the pool, but it looked like a really well maintained facility.”
“Seem very family friendly and was located well off from the main roads.”
Best park in buffalo after Delaware. They just whole lot of things ( a calisthenics ground, brand new play ground, water park, walk sides ) In one word amazing 😍.
If you have a plan to spend good time with friends/family or, walking and running, this place for you.
Nice place to walk and easy parking. There are paved trails around the whole park. Easy enough to push a stroller or a wheel chair. A foot bridge connects the trail on park to neighborhood on other side of Creek. Park has a band shelter, playground, ball diamonds, tennis courts, hockey rink pool etc.
Beautifully manicured park with nice wide open fields for the kids to run and play or arrange outdoor sports/activities. Had our family reunion picnic here. We had a shelter near the bathrooms. There was a free family event being held on the stage which was nice of Cheektowaga to conduct for the community.
Trail conditions & character
“Shelters were nice and plenty of parking available.”
“The only improvement I can see would be to add another indoor bathroom near pavilions 10,11,12”
