Confirmed from Cinco Ranch II Park at Spring Lake's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

If you're looking for a place to connect with man-made nature and release stress, this is the place for you. It's also the place to go for long family walks. The sidewalk stretches for miles and you'll see a great display of birds and other small wildlife. This is one of my favorite spots...

I have noticed that the reviews for this tiny park do not match up with what is actually here. There is a larger park a few blocks over with a big lake, walking trails a pool and clubhouse. What is actually here is a small park with some green space that is the size of a small block.

I recently visited this beautiful family park and I must say, I was blown away by how stunning it was! The park boasts a serene lake that is absolutely breathtaking and a perfect place for families to enjoy a relaxing picnic.

Excellent spot to unwind and get a jog or walk in. Or you can just simply get a bench seat and enjoy the view all around you. Very relaxing atmosphere. You can catch & throw fish there. Lots of nature around you. It can be a one, two or three mile walk, depending on how you feel. I love coming here.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
