Confirmed from Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with picnic tables, a playground, and multiple paved trails.
What runners say about Community Park
“The multipurpose fields are nice and well kept!”
“You get to witness some gorgeous views or sunsets, the pictures I have clicked don’t do enough justice.”
This park is a hidden gem tucked between the dried up winding creek of rock creek and the serpentine like multipurpose paved trails. While trekking your kids to this metal world of wonder is quite a chore the award at the end of the walk is well worth it.
Awesome undiscovered park... large playground, baseball field, astroturf football field, bathrooms. The kids playground is a bit of a walk from the parking lot at the shopping center but the path is handicapped accessible. A couple picnic tables by the playground under a covered structure.
This is a wonderful park for toddlers, it is accessible using the Rock Creek Trail and also connects to Coalton Trail, this is great for long walks. You get to witness some gorgeous views or sunsets, the pictures I have clicked don’t do enough justice.
Nice park. Connects to a lot of trails with some beautiful views of the mountains. Bigger than I thought it would be.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says

- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
