Confirmed from Conejo Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean, peaceful park with a sand area, a playground and play equipment.
What runners say about Conejo Park
“Very nice and clean park.”
“sand, baby swings, big toy lots of seating in the shade, only drawback is there is no bathroom.”
“Quiet lil park with a play structure and a decent sized open field to run on or play catch.”
“It has play equipment for all ages and big lawn areas if you want to play catch.”
Very nice and clean park. We live close to the park. It has a great walking path. Kids love playing with the little mini backho thing in the sand. Lot of places to sit and watch the kids while they play. On one side of the park they do have small bags for people who walk their dogs and need to clean up a number 2.
This is a nice neighborhood park. It has play equipment for all ages and big lawn areas if you want to play catch. The trees are mature and offer shade. We like to walk the wide perimeter sidewalks with our leashed dog and children, when they are not playing on the equipment .
Nice little park. Large enough for the dog to get a run and for us to enjoy a lovely stroll around the perimeter. Small gym for the younger kids and a few picnic tables.
Cute place to take the kids to play. But watch out for the little ninja that runs around the park. LMFAO. I couldn't stop laughing!

- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
