Confirmed from Connor Bayou's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

well-maintained 4 mentions

“The park is clean & so refreshing to gather your thoughts in nature.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 9 mentions

“Super cool place to visit the Grand River basin area lots of activities to do in this absolutely beautiful place”

Short trails. Lots of garbage, some because it's mostly on the river, so we held a cleanup early March. Trail into the woods, another on the split between river and pond. Fun lookouts. Kayak launch. The pond is fun birdwatching.

One of many parks I love to visit especially being close to the water. Paved trails for some and others are for walking/hiking. A wonderful log cabin to hold events. The park is clean & so refreshing to gather your thoughts in nature. Many Bald Eagles, Cranes, Ducks, Swans & other wildlife can be seen!

★★★★★ — Kay , May 2023

One of my favorite places to hike! Big main loop with a seperate trail along the Grand river. Highly suggest visiting if you haven't already!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
