Confirmed from Contra Loma Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Community lawn covering 2 blocks & surrounded by trees, featuring 2 tennis courts & a playground.

Great place to go for a walk along the trail during the spring lots of cute baby animals to be seen. It’s a lovely park that’s maintained well for us to enjoy. Get out of town and come to the park — you’ll be happy to breath that fresh air!
A must see in our backyard. There is something here for everyone, and I am not exaggerating. There is boating and fishing; plenty of walking trails, open spaces, and picnic grounds. Also, there is horseback riding. Until fairly recently, there was a swimming pool and access to a beach.
You probably have to look out for certain creatures but outside of that great place to walk! I saw people fishing, everyone was very friendly on the path. You can take some great photos out there! They have parking and rest stops.
Amazing park for the family. It has great walking trails for those that love to walk. In the summer they have the pool accessible w/ lifeguards for public for small admission fee. Inside pool area there is a lawn area with canopy’s for shade. It also has a sand area for little kids, which is pretty cool.
