Confirmed from Worth Shaw Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large public green space with play equipment, athletic fields, trails & picnic areas with BBQ pits.
What runners say about Worth Shaw Community Park
“There are tables with benches available to rent and on site bathrooms, that are generally clean.”
“Nestled into the neighborhood with calm and quiet surroundings.”
Peaceful and a great walk around the reservoir. Saw a rattlesnake today. Be careful. Today I saw a California king snake. Don't worry they won't hurt you and they eat rattlesnakes.
Fairly peaceful and quiet in the morning hours. Just people walking around the park. Plenty of trails and if you pick the right one, you can end up at contra Loma.
Nice park. Backs up to Contra Loma which makes for nice easy hikes. There are baseball diamonds there as well. The park is older and shows it's age.
Worth Shaw is our favorite neighborhood park. Lots of room to walk/hike your dogs, and plenty of parking too. There are public bathrooms as well.
