Confirmed from Cook's Landing Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering trails for walking, biking, and running, plus fishing and a boat ramp.

I'm 74 and didn't know if I would be able to walk the whole bridge, but it was easy walking. The view was well worth it. Spectacular.
Great walk! Very nice views along the bridge walk, fishing avai, restrooms, and picnic areas
Love this area and the trails around it. I try to stop at least a few times a week. Great for walking, biking, or just to take in some natural beauty.
Pretty park, nice place to walk, run, or bike across the longest pedestrian bridge in the country.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
