We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Coombs Creek Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Coombs Creek Trail
“Beautiful homes / neighborhood, and love the view of downtown at the top of the hill, just after you cross the bridge heading towards the very end of the trail!”
This isn't really a "trail". It's a walking path in an incredibly wealthy neighborhood, but we enjoyed the fairy houses.
Wonderful wide sidewalk to walk your dog or entertain your kids. Crosswalks for street intersections are well marked, water fountains are nice though lighting could be better. Bring a flashlight at night, but after many trips, I've found it perfectly safe.
Nice quite trail in a neighborhood. Shares a perimeter with a golf course. Not busy at all and was a pretty setting. You are walking next to a road for some (all? I didn't walk the entirety) of the trail, so you don't get that "disconnected" feel as cars are driving by etc. But overall a nice place.
Beautiful location! I had an amazing walk with my boyfriend here. There was so much scenery that I almost forgot the location! I will definitely be coming back here.
